Fresh and bitte – great combo
0,25 cl gin
0,15 cl martini riserva bitter
0,15 cl fresh lemon juice
0,15 cl honey syrup (its actually 3/4 honey 1/4 water mixed)
1,25 cl tonic
Put all in class, top it with ice and then top of with the tonic stirring slightly
