One of my favorites
5 CL gin
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup (or you can use pre-mix lemon sugar syrup)
1 pint of Fee Foam (or egg white)
1,5 CL of Tonic (or Soda)
2 Slices of lemon for decoration
Shake ingredients with a bit of ice, top of with tonic and decorate with lemon slices…what a sizzling sensation of lemon….the key part is the egg white – it transports flavor and adds creaminess to the drink
